Amy Kemmerer is the CEO of EverHome Care Advisors and Vivalynx, where she leads the company’s mission to help individuals age in place with dignity, independence, and the right support. With a career of progressive leadership at General Electric, Amy brings a rare combination of enterprise-scale expertise, technology innovation, and a genuine passion for people-centered leadership.

Before joining Vivalynx, Amy served as Chief Operating Officer at NeuGroup, where she built the strategy and executed the plan that delivered the company’s highest revenue growth in nearly two decades. Her earlier work at GE spanned corporate-level technology and operations leadership across GE’s Healthcare, Research, Power, Capital, Venture, and Energy businesses where she led large, complex technology deployments and built high-performing teams in global environments.

Amy holds an MBA from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute and a B.S. in Chemistry from Syracuse University. She is a certified Six Sigma Black Belt, a PMP-certified project manager, and an inventor with ten U.S. patents. She serves as Treasurer and Board Member for United Planet, and is a member of Chief, an executive network for women leaders.
