Loren, originally from the Binghamton, NY area, relocated to the Capital Region in 2016 to pursue new career opportunities. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Social Work from Mansfield University of Pennsylvania and earned her Master’s in Social Work from Marywood University in Scranton, PA. In 2020, Loren became a Licensed Master Social Worker.

With over 14 years of experience in the human services field, Loren has worked with diverse populations, ranging from children to seniors. Her expertise spans across physical disabilities, mental health challenges, substance use disorders, and medically complex individuals addressing various social determinants of health. For the past five years, Loren has served as a medical social work care manager at Trinity Health St. Peter’s Medical System focusing on supporting patients aged 55 and older . Loren has a deep passion for supporting and advocating for individuals as they age.

Known for her compassion, empathy, and unwavering professionalism,  Loren is dedicated to continuous learning and strongly advocates for the needs of the aging population. She has demonstrated a deep commitment to in -home care, with experience working  as a consumer-directed aide, further supporting individuals in their own homes.

Outside of her professional life, Loren enjoys spending time with family and friends, pet sitting, advocating for human and animal rights, attending local events, and traveling. She also prioritizes her health and wellness as part of her personal journey.
