SCHENECTADY, N.Y., April 20, 2026: VivaLynx, LLC and EverHome Care Advisors today announced the appointment of Amy Kemmerer as Chief Executive Officer of both organizations. Kemmerer, an experienced operations and strategy executive with more than two decades of leadership experience across corporate transformation, financial governance, and technology ventures, will lead both companies as VivaLynx prepares to launch platform v2.0 and expand its partnerships with government and private entities.
Kemmerer brings to the role a career built on turning complex strategy into measurable outcomes. As former Chief Operating Officer of NeuGroup and a Senior Leader at General Electric, she has led multi-stakeholder initiatives that scaled operations, improved profitability, and built organizational resilience. She also founded AlignIT, a strategic growth services consultancy and serves as Board Member and Treasurer, leading the Finance Workstream at United Planet.
